We have a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all items to assure all customers that we stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will first try to fix the problem or replace the product, and if that is not possible, we will provide a refund for the item (minus shipping).
We accept order cancellations prior to product processing. If you cancel your order before that time, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Non-product quality problems, returns caused by consumers, and shipping costs are borne by consumers. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.
In the event of a return due to us, the item received is damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for shipping costs.
There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returned products.
If damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo and we will reissue the product or give a full refund

Returns/exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
We only accept returns/exchanges from the country of origin, e.g. orders shipped to the US must be shipped from the US
return. Customized items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs will be at your expense).
Naturally any defective item can be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
How do I return an item or the entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to begin the return process with the following information:

Videos or photos of defective products
Step 2: Put your receipt back in the original packaging along with the item.
Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Proforma Form. Put all copies in a clear envelope and stick it to the package without closing it. Customs requires these documents, so be sure to complete all 3 copies.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After the courier checks the return, please close the package properly.

Once your package arrives with us, please allow 3-5 business days (depending on peak times) to process your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
