Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we serve hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring we always provide you with the highest level of responsiveness.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, quality inspection and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for shipment within 1-3 days of placing the order.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes to ship an item from our fulfillment center to its destination. International deliveries usually take around 7-15 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, a United States Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 7 to 15 days to arrive at their destination, but can sometimes take longer.

DUNGDUN ships to almost every country in the world, and we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your packages reach their destination quickly and safely.

Once the order requires authorization, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing as soon as we confirm your order. It is difficult for us to change or cancel your order during this time frame, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Your order usually takes 1-3 business days (while some items may take 6-9 business days). If the processing time is longer than expected, we will send you an email.

Please note:
1. Delivery preparation (quality inspection, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-4 business days (some items may take 6-9 business days), not included in the overall "shipping time".
2. All packages have specific tracking information.
3. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email to notify you. The email will contain a unique package tracking number. You can log in to My Account to check the status of your order. Click "My Orders" to check the status of your order and/or get a tracking number.
4. During public holidays, shipping times may be affected as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during this period. While unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

Shipping Upgrade Notice:
We take great care to ensure items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So recently we upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten shipping times, especially for US customers!

Your tracking number and courier website link will be emailed as soon as we ship. You can also track it in your user account on We will also email you if there are any unsuccessful deliveries. After receiving your purchase order, you are free to write a review and get rewarded with points.
If the item is not received or shipped, please contact us within 6 months of shipping and our representative will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.


1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 8-11 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

5) Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.

6) We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so processing orders may be delayed.
